Pros

Amazing to work with educated individuals who have a clear understanding of the cannabis industry. People who are passionate at what they do and the work they put in.

Cons

This company is beginning to fall apart at the seams. They have terminated over 90% of their staff due to poor money management. The Pharm in Willcox is not producing quality flower to then allow wholesale to sell. December was a horrible month in sales due to lack of flower. The lab has gotten new managers who are producing distillate which in reality they should focus on producing enough flower to support opening their first brick and mortar store, 1616. The dispensary has been planning to open for over 3 years and finally the construction is completed and BOOM the opening of the dispensary gets pushed back indefinitely. How?! How are we poorly producing product? How are we not able to employ more than 18 people at HQ and 6 employees in LA?! This company has completely screwed vendors out of their money who fronted our e-commerce team. It’s insane. Do not work for this company!

Pros

-meet some cool people including regulars -employee discount when they choose to honor it -occasional snacks in the break room (often from vendors)

Cons

-they not only don’t care about employees, at times they are anti-employee -schedule is often posted less than 7 days before the work week -hire to fire pipeline versus acknowledging they have a broken culture and system -poor quality of leadership at all levels -little training, support, product education -preferential treatment provided to corporate employees and favorites -the company seems to be poor with financial management and when they do invest it seems to be in the wrong things (optics vs business improvement)
