      (Assistant Manager Benefits) 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year, health benefits, sick days, yearly raises.

      Cons

      Most customers do NOT respect you. Corporate stores are being sold over to 7-11 by the start of 2018

      Pros

      Great manager but team can be quite cliquey if you don't fit in, great demanding work

      Cons

      Culture fit is not the best but if you are able to fit in then I would say it's amazing
