It’s been around six months since I joined Sonovaa, and my experience has been positive so far. The salary is competitive and always processed on time. The HR team is supportive, responsive, and helpful whenever assistance is needed. I would especially like to appreciate Ranjit for being approachable and ensuring queries are resolved promptly. Although I am deployed at the client location in Mumbai, the overall work culture and professional environment have been good, making it a comfortable place to work.

There aren’t any major concerns from my experience so far. Since many employees work from client locations, communication and coordination between the company and client teams can sometimes be improved to make internal processes smoother.

I've been working with this company for the past 9 year as an internal employee, It has been a great learning experience, both technically and professionally. I gained valuable knowledge working. The team is supportive, and I had the opportunity to work with experienced professionals, which helped me improve my skills.
