That’d be fine IF we’re were up to par on the pay scale, but we’re not, so it’s a continuous struggle. Also feel unappreciated at the Corporate level. We’re told to encourage and praise our officers, and strive to get them pay increases (which is exactly what we SHOULD be doing, as they’re absolutely what drives our industry), but where’s the effort when it comes to Ops?
