Good work around boats and helpful skills for later in life very fun and good environment a lot of room to grow and you get to take boats out on your days off with your friends or family

It’s okay, you get promised you will get compensation for months, never got it. It’s very obvious that corporate is not on property enough. The longer you work and more experience you have means absolutely nothing to them. Sad to watch. Good company, but too worried about the money aspect of everything and not the customer service. Too worried about bringing money in and spending the least as possible. Beautiful properties, just not worth it. Worked for many years with many years of previous experience and still did not get treated well. Very hostile work environment, every one is after one another. Followed chain of command with an issue that still hadn’t been resolved and got in trouble for it.
