      Pros

      It's a nice office and team to work with. They've been through a lot of changes but handeling it pretty well compare to a lot of other companies.

      Cons

      I think a lot of changes also come with it's challenges, back then the pay was an issue for a lot of people. But this might be already solved by now, since they did had the intent to address this problem.

      Pros

      Nice colleagues & the atmosphere in most teams are enjoyable to work in. Good discount on holidays for employees

      Cons

      In the past Sunweb was a company that valued their staff and their experience. At the moment everyone that ask a question regarding the new strategy (that changes every six months) gets sacked or bought out of their contract. Even before that no growth opportunities. Horrible communication & strategy changes so fast the previous one is not even in place.

      Pros

      Supportive and friendly colleagues, international environment, flexibility to work remotely, and a very motivating project if you’re passionate about travel.

      Cons

      The company was a bit chaotic in terms of organization and communication.
