Pros
The money is great, it's a really fun atmosphere, the customers are generally really happy to be there and excited about the food/drinks! The staff at both locations are really hardworking & good at their jobs. I've never worked for an owner who genuinely cares so much about the staff.
Cons
It's the service industry and that naturally has some cons because customers can be difficult. Nothing specific to this restaurant.
