I would say: -Terrible base pay -The company does not have a reputation within the industry -Many franchisees do not offer benefits -Lackluster training -UFG (group that owns the franchise) is mostly interested in money and when they visit your location it is a waste of time. Corporate trainers are some of the worst I have ever seen -Career path is almost non-existent
