      As a newer stylist I was given training with an in salon trainer. Also, had other more advanced techniques/training available online.

      Cons

      Not many, I just hate nights and weekends. Being new made my compensation on the lower end.

      Flexible, tips, change of pace.

      low pay, walk ins (doesn't anybody know how to make appointments!)
