Pros
Small number of employees in Indonesia that's why the circumstances is like a family a little bit, office politic may not as huge as other oil and gas company . Nice people (85%), higher salary among other service company, nice benefit for insurance and dependants which are include Dental, Glassess and Health , flexible working hour.
Cons
Lauzy HR (many inconvenience complains by most of employee), No grade which make no standardization for workers salary. One empoloyee could reach a very high salary and other can be very low. No annual appraisal which lead to same percentage increase in salary each year and be the trigger for employees to be unmotivated to work. No clear job description for each employee on each department. No proposed training from HR to employee for career advance.
