      Pros

      Nice people, flexible with schedules and time off, amazing benefits and insurance, consistent schedules, partial unemployment

      Cons

      Only issues in my field is being sent to a plant that is full and the route being changed around on the spot. Pay could be a little better, but not bad for a first gig like myself or someone coming back to work after retirement
