Not a lot of room to move up in the company, but the bosses are well connected and genuinely want to help you with your goals.

Leaving this environment when i had the chance.

This has been the most unprofessional work environment I've ever encountered. The leadership is lacking, and the quality of their commercials is subpar at best. The ads they've produced are, in my opinion, among the worst I've ever seen on television. They need to change the owners because they’re terrible at what they do.
