Pros

Remote position and a fair salary but the pros end there.

Cons

Unethical strategy to trick the clients, ferocious work environment and at same time people fear for losing their jobs because they give us ambitious targets that makes most of us sacrificing our own personal life, beaware that working more than 10h a day is a routine. Senior Management have no clue how to incentivate a good work environment and team spirit within the workforce. If I was a client I would be ashamed for sponsoring Superside top management people, they are greedy and as result the service quality is being hit because people are no longer motivated. I lost faith and decided to leave after watching many lay offs without any warning and all via Slack message, then hire people again just to justify to their investors that they are cutting costs and at same time investing their money... Seriously stay away from this company!

Pros

Pros? I can even think of any. Terrible onboarding (piling videos to watch and assume it’s absorbed is the “process”). Team members are kind, and work so hard (especially under crazy conditions).

Cons

massive layoffs and reorganization that were executed so poorly, but yet we need to make sure we reduce churn? every client is telling us what is challenging them with our agency, and it gets buried. rollouts of new extreme processes (that are so wildly out of touch around what is currently occurring). Company wide meetings commending people for working long hours? It feels like a 15 hour work day and weekends is a norm. Terrible environment, awful executive leadership (seriously, how are they qualified to lead??), and little support.
