Pros
A wonderful small company where individuals are respected and recognized for outstanding work. Each employee has the ability to take ownership of roles and tasks and drive them forward to expand opportunities and drive efficiencies.
Cons
If there has to be a con, then it is that it is a small company, which then comes with potential growth limitations from a position title standpoint but not from an opportunity standpoint. Employees need to be good communicators and capable independent workers.
