The opportunity to work with some cool cutting edge technology such as hand held bar-code and rfid scanners. Embedded databases and database sync technology. Also the opportunity to work with RFID readers and software.
Cons
Bad leadership from the very top. Hostile attitude toward customers which destroys any customer good will. Inability to focus on any project and see it all the way through.
