Pros
Great individuals to work with. Great benefits for full time employees that includes, healthcare, gas compensation, and free snacks. I've had the opportunity to learn about the different aspects of education and tutoring that I did not learn in public school environment. Their focus on quality training and hiring high quality educators is the reason why they have such high retention rate from previous clients. Their clients include students that were accepted and attended schools such as Phillip Exeter, Harvard , and Yale. I also received training from their director in learning disabilities, who himself is a licensed educational therapist. That helped me work with our clients that have ADHD, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia and autism. One of our students that has Dyslexia was recently accepted into his school of choice at Stephen F. Austin university. Another students parent thought that he would end up dropping out of school but, Suprexlearning assisted him through his school, even helped him join a different school that helped the student graduate on time and attend Texas A&M university. It's been a blessing working here because you get to see the impact right away. That aha moment when teaching a child is priceless, the confidence it gives one cannot be measured by and standardized test.
Cons
Sometimes scheduling late night tutoring sessions takes a toll on the students and tutors, for which we always recommend meeting at the students residence and not to schedule late evening sessions. I also wish more individuals and parents knew about Suprex learning due to the amazing service they provide, especially for private schools entrance exams such ISEE and HSPT.
