Pros
Excellent employee discount, but it only works for you and your spouse/partner. The sales associates are great people and are willing to share their knowledge if you're willing to take the time. If you enjoy cooking and baking, working here will really foster your passion and probably improve your talent!
Cons
Sometimes the customers can be jerks. I worked at the same location for 3 years, but felt there was little opportunity for advancement. Very little formal training.
