Pros

It’s a corporate environment, so as long as you work within those confines it’s a wonderful, low stress job for a chef.

Cons

You have too early able to teach the recipes and class plans from the central office. There is not as much creativity as being a head chef of a small to medium sized restaurant.

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
