Pros

They are great at making you realize why you should find a better organization to work for.

Cons

This company has completely alienated most tenured leadership in the field as well as in the corporate office. I would not personally recommend this company to my worse enemy. The lack of morals and ethics from top down made this a company a place I was happy to walk away from. Looking at reviews I am not the only one who has felt this way.

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
