Cons
DIrty, unorganized, dusty, bad attitude by upper management, lazy sales associates allowed to do nothing, lack of consistency in how things are done. Upper management casts a dark, unwelcoming shadow across the store and inhibits employees personalities. The upper management are short with people, dismissive at times, simply not nice or pleasant to be around or comfortable to be in their presence for any lengthy period of time. There is also an inability to teach or train - and an obvious lack of organization resulting in items being misplaced, customers orders being sent incomplete and items being damaged... At no time is their a care about the customer, only about the numbers, bottom line, and how we compare to other stores. Finally, upper management is unable to speak to sales associates directly - even during the simplest requests they would speak through other store management, again demonstrating the inability to manage effectively. This is the common thread amongst associates when they complain - poor management, discourteous, and overall ineffective because the sales staff are treated poorly - almost dismissed as if they are unessential; however, without them who would help the customers?
