Company is good, people are generally great and pleasant to work for. Telecommuting has become acceptable and the norm, but hybrid work at headquarters is available.

Cons

Communication from upper management is not always very clear and consistent. Salary is below the average for Seattle. It's hard to get promoted.

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
