Pros
Gives you an opportunity to learn on the job if you're not the finished article. They work with some global multinationals so if you get noticed by them there may be an opportunity to jump ship. Some genuinely nice people in the trenches.
Cons
Middle management allowed to run amok without proper oversight or process. HR is a joke, absolutely clueless. Anybody with talent or ambition is gone within 12 months leaving the C and D players to linger. Lots of people calling themselves CXO which is funny given the amount of staff.
