Was a great place to work until new management took over - Anonymous employee SureVision Eye Centers Employee Review

There was a team of new management who came in a few years ago, two of which came from the same prior office and are friends. Ever since they came in the morale of the staff has plummeted. They have stopped providing annual reviews and annual salary increases. They micromanage from afar and are never present in the clinic but will try to tell you every detail of how you should be performing your job. In the rare occasion they are present in clinic they are talking poorly about staff to other staff. There has been a massive overturn in both staff and doctors in the clinic since they have taken over. There has been several occasions where the management have blamed the turn over and low morale of staff on the previous staff who have left the practice and are in complete denial that their management itself is the reason for the turnover rate. There is very little room for growth within the company unless you are "in" with the management team.
