      Pros

      - The company really cares about it's employees. - Most everyone was great to work with - Very inclusive culture. Ton's of focus to make sure the India employees were treated the same.

      Cons

      - Comp/Benefits were a bit lacking but they were doing their best to improve - Most people worked a lot of long and odd hours, in part due to engineering predominantly being in India.

      Pros

      Honest, Vertically focused on Insurance, Massive market, Culture & People are focused upon, Hard work is prized, Yet, they don't take themselves too seriously, they like to have fun, you can travel alot on the front lines.

      Cons

      If you dont like helping insurance companies... It's not your place, Hard and long problems to solve, Clients demand alot as they are big enterprises, Long sales cycles, products are big and highly resilient, enterprise-grade expectations of people and software.
