Pros

Excellent upper management who provide guidance while also asking for feedback. Great work environment, everyone is super friendly and supportive and seems to genuinely want to see each other succeed. Everyone works really hard but Surety also fosters a health work/ life balance.

Pros

I have worked here for around 6 months now, and I have nothing negative to say about Surety! Coming from a large corporate company, it is awesome that upper management is just a text away and they congratulate you and celebrate you as much as possible. The company culture is awesome as well, a few examples are: company outings such as attending March madness and canes games, celebrating every employees birthday, providing lunch every in office day(Tuesdays). I also very much appreciate the building relationships perspective to sales, rather than a transactional approach. They also provide a bonus structure over commission. Commission can be very hit or miss, but this way you know what you’re getting if you meet your quota, which is also very obtainable. Work and life balance is heavily emphasized and respected as well.

Cons

Nothing negative to say about surety. My time here has been nothing but positive!

Pros

Surety Systems has been one of the best places I’ve ever worked. From the start, it was clear that people here care about the work, the clients, and each other. Leadership is very approachable and transparent, and you’re given the freedom to own your role in your style and voice. The culture strikes a great balance between being driven and laid-back. Everyone works hard, but there’s also a genuine focus on work-life balance, celebrating wins, and just being a good human.

Cons

Cons for the role - It's frontline sales and a lot of cold outreach. You'll need to be comfortable with cold calling and rejection.
