Pros

Seems to be growing well into new markets

Pros

The product itself has potential and the technical challenges are interesting. Some individual colleagues are talented and well intentioned.

Cons

After a while here as a software engineer, I am deeply disappointed with the overall experience. Communication from management is consistently poor engineers are often left out of key decisions and important updates are not shared in a timely or transparent manner. There is a notable lack of respect toward engineers, who are undervalued compared to other roles. The organization is highly disorganized, with unclear processes, constantly shifting priorities, and no coherent engineering roadmap. There is also a visible and troubling disparity in how European based engineers are treated compared to others, with fewer opportunities, less visibility, and unequal treatment that has been raised by multiple team members with no meaningful response from leadership. The overall culture is toxic, there is little psychological safety and feedback is not welcome.
