Regarding employee benefits, we're committed to creating a robust, employee-focused system. We upgrade it annually, offering healthcare packages, additional days off, an annual workation, free learning platforms, and more.
There will probably never be a convenient office location for 300 people, depending on where they live, so it would be difficult to meet this expectation. However, the company is working hard on office convenience by allocating parking spaces (to the maximum available extent). If you didn’t get one, message our admins for potential solutions, including coverage for public transport or parking ticket costs.
We understand the importance of flexibility. While we operate on a 3-day office schedule, we encourage occasional work-from-home days and offer a "work from anywhere" option with 5 requests per year. We hope this provides a better work-life balance.
