-The culture of the company changed, It is very secretive and Divisive
-Salaries not competitive (Management said because of benefits, which were downgraded without notice)
-Lack of performance reviews. You don’t know if you are performing as expected and you don’t get any bonuses or pay increase.
-Food is provided, but they brag about it and keep bringing it up to the employees constantly.
-You accumulate PTO but if you dare to take it, you won’t here the end of it. They don’t expect a life-work balance.
-Initial team was great but now, there is no sense of teamwork.
-People got fired because they dare to express their opinions. If you work here you basically have to be a “Yes-men” with the CEO and CFO
-Lack of management, you don’t know who reports to who. Basically everyone reports to CEO
-After I left, my friend (who still works at the company) says that they talk badly about former employees. I find this very disrespectful and unprofessional.
-Political, Racial and Religious comments (which in any other environment would be inappropriate), are constantly made by management.
