Poor leadership, meat grinder style where 1 mistake and youre gone regardless of how long you have been there or how your performance has been up to that point. In fact Im convinced management will randomly fire people periodically just to strike fear into the team to keep everyone in line. Quality standards and regulations are NOT followed despite supervisors trying to micromanage you at every turn. Even long term employees are regularly berated over tiny incidents (sometimes even if it was the managements fault in the first place). Everyone here is stressed out all the time and you will quickly see why with the threat of immediate termination constantly looming over your head.
