Pros

Good Manager at the Hollywood office. Best Training Program to make you pass Cert for Insurance License. Good Training on how to rate for insurance prices

Cons

Few leads. Pay is Draw which never works for employee. Long hours. They try to sell a form of Triple A on insurance which made sales difficult.

Pros

Lots of training, provided by the owner. They filed bankruptcy and have been bought by Freeway Insurance, so I have no idea how things are now.

Cons

Calling internet leads that 10 other companies call too. Non independent leads from a company website. You lose your renewals unless you meet a changing criteria. Even if you have a written request from your customer stating that he wants to tork only with you. They filed bankruptcy and have been bought by Freeway Insurance, so I have no idea how things are now.

Pros

Very casual environment. flexible when it comes to time off. Equal opportunity employer, everyone treated with respect. for the most part.

Cons

Have to really subscribe to the system which is based around the teachings of L Ron Hubbard. You don't have to be a scientologist but you have to learn their system.
