The company has lost its European culture since acquisition by Morningstar and ever since everything is around targets and higher revenue. Although it is ESG rating provider, it attention to all the items in ESG are minimal and even they do not have consistent approach in different regions in terms of employment conditions. They went through major reorganization and during 2 years, they had 3 rounds of layoffs.
