Many challenges. Weak leadership, lack of training for middle managers so are weak link in structure, no opportunity for development (both professional and personal), ancient IT structure and system, opportunities for advancement available if you threaten to quit, no corporate culture, barriers between white collar and blue collar employees, no effort to bridge very obvious gaps in understanding of HR issues by HR, extremely weak HR,
