Very informal and casual environment, decent healthcare coverage.

Rampant racism and sexual harassment by all levels. There's no HR rep/department, so you can't file formal complaints either. The owners keep a fully stocked bar upstairs and drink excessively after work, then drive themselves home. One of the owners' sons vapes through the warehouse without any consideration for the illegality of his actions. If you get hurt, you'll be pressured not to report it to WCB. There are only two members of an ethnic minority and less than 10 women in the whole company. The owner will send inappropriate and pornographic emails to the staff and often use racial epithets to describe customers, partners or competitors. They still give out a full nudity calendar every Christmas. If you want to know what it's like working with- and for, a company with zero emotional and cultural intelligence, this would be the place.
