      As a new real estate agent, I enjoy working at Sutton Group, particularly because they offer a great training program, and tons of help and advice to newly licensed real estate agents.

      good vacation and decent benefits

      Cons

      1 to 2% increases in salary if you are lucky per year. No bonuses ever What ever you start off with is how much you will make unless you threaten to quit. Vice President suggests you look for a new job and bring him in a better offer before he will even consider giving a raise.
