Cons

Small office in the US, so promotions and job rotation opportunities are not as frequent. Not a process oriented environment, which can be frustrating for some people.

No investments in critical equipment. Maintenance budgets met 2 weeks in to every month.

My experience at Suzano started off great, but ultimately ended on an extremely disappointing note. Despite my strong performance and dedication, I was unfairly terminated without proper justification. Leadership showed little regard for employee well-being, and the lack of transparency in decision-making was frustrating. While the company may have some positives, my experience showed a disregard for fair treatment and ethical workplace practices.
