Pros
Opportunity to work in a deep-tech startup environment tackling interesting robotics challenges. Exposure to early-stage startup dynamics, which can be a learning experience for self-driven individuals. Small team size allows for cross-functional exposure and hands-on involvement in multiple areas.
Cons
Extremely centralized decision-making — all approvals and strategic calls must go through the CEO, leaving little to no autonomy for team leads or department heads. Chronic financial instability — salary payments are frequently delayed without any communication or transparency. No HR accountability — post-resignation queries, including full and final settlement, are ignored. I left in the second half of 2024 and am still awaiting my dues despite multiple follow-ups. Highly unprofessional exit process and lack of basic communication protocols. No defined work culture or policies. Internal processes are ad-hoc and inconsistent. Freshers should be especially cautious — the company withholds academic certificates for two years, a practice that is both unethical and potentially illegal. Unreasonable work location expectations — Employees are required to work out of a factory on the outskirts of Hyderabad despite the presence of a corporate office in Banjara Hills. This results in 60–80 km daily commutes on the ORR, which is especially burdensome given the irregular salary payments.
