Pros
Very good benefits, never a lack of work, company has strong beliefs. I really want to see the change they're looking for reflective for ALL employees.
Cons
The culture on the floor is not the same as what's promised in orientation. Low pay. Very difficult to advance because training is a burden to vet employees. Employees who have been here for more than a few years are very cliquey and spend time berating others rather than helping them. Talking to a higher up is difficult, so employees pretend like they're in charge. You can work until you're blue in the face as a new guy and people all around you will still assume you're doing something wrong, even though most of the time you're not, and sometimes it's actually them. If you try to find out what went wrong, or demand a problem out of your control to be fixed, you'll be talked about distastefully or called "argumentative". Machines loaded with parts that need to be taken apart by maintenance, yet your coworkers who aren't managers will blame you for parts mixes. Lots and lots of bullying toward newer employees.
