Pros

I have enjoyed working for this company for the past year alongside college however it has its ups and downs and i think overall is a strict company whom like things done very specifically The reasons for me are it's a 12 hour contract and that fits alongside my college hours so I enjoy the shifts I get. They are not too long or to short and I also get a paid hour lunch break. I work in a small shop with a small team and I prefer this. There is a lot of training and expectations to be meet and there are always people motivating me to do different things and trying different things to keep me from being bored and there is plenty jobs and things to learn on a daily basis.

Cons

The challenging things can be when customers complain as it is a long system to get into contact with head office and the company don't always offer an easy option. They waste a lot of money within the company. The cons are also the rules of the company as for you can not be off sick as there is no one to replace you other staff cop for it and it causes tension in work.

Pros

great introduction into luxury retail, great sales training, coworkers are very friendly, management really cares about you and is very nice but can get rude when stressed. generally a nice place to work, clean, very easy job overall, you make team bonuses which raise hourly to as much as 22 and hour

Cons

micromanaging from corporate, disorganized management, moderate turnover, things get stressful but also fun during busy seasons
