We understand that flexibility in scheduling is important to employees, and it is always our goal to accommodate our employees’ busy lives as much as possible. Our hope is to make each individual employee, from our stores to our corporate offices, feel that they are valued, as they are an integral part of adding sparkle to everyday life. However, we are sorry to hear about your concerns with “bad management”. Fostering a culture of connectedness and support is something we strive for at Swarovski, and we pride ourselves on our open-door policy and encourage our employees to reach out to a member of our HR team or Upper Management with their concerns. Only when an employee shares their concerns can we address them. Feedback from current and former employees Positive and/or Negative is one of the most valuable tools we have, to help guide us in creating a positive and productive work environment.

Pros

great introduction into luxury retail, great sales training, coworkers are very friendly, management really cares about you and is very nice but can get rude when stressed. generally a nice place to work, clean, very easy job overall, you make team bonuses which raise hourly to as much as 22 and hour

Cons

micromanaging from corporate, disorganized management, moderate turnover, things get stressful but also fun during busy seasons
