Of course, we love when employees want to share their positive experiences with us and are glad to read your comments “Very nice office and location” and want to thank you for your 3 plus years of service. However you only gave us 3 stars so it is apparent that you have a few “Cons”, in the future should you ever want to share your concerns, please note we have an open-door policy and encourage our employees to share their ideas for the betterment of the company with their supervisor, a Sr Member of management or a member of HR as only with open and honest communication can we maintain a positive work environment.
