Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. At Swarovski, we truly value constructive employee and customer feedback, both positive and negative. Our hope is to make each individual employee, from our stores to our corporate offices, feel that they are valued. Of course, we are thrilled when we get positive feedback and are glad to read that you work with “Great coworkers” and that you “got to learn a lot about jewelry”. As for your comment about “Most of the time we stare in to the air cuz we are so bored”, may we suggest you talk to your manager about this and use the down time to learn more about our products and to think of creative ways to reach out to your clients to improve traffic and sales. We are always getting new shipment, and this gives our clients a reason to visit multiple times a year. Sometimes brainstorming as a team is all it takes to move the dial on sales and service. Once again, we want to thank you for taking the time to leave a review at Swarovski, we value feedback both positive and negative and your feedback will be shared with upper management to ensure we do a better job communicating the ways to utilize downtime in our stores. We also want to wish you much success in your future with Swarovski.

Pros

great introduction into luxury retail, great sales training, coworkers are very friendly, management really cares about you and is very nice but can get rude when stressed. generally a nice place to work, clean, very easy job overall, you make team bonuses which raise hourly to as much as 22 and hour

Cons

micromanaging from corporate, disorganized management, moderate turnover, things get stressful but also fun during busy seasons
