Generous discount, warm team and proper training

Cons

- Manager and higher ups only cared about sales. Manager would rather give those who made the most for the company more shifts while the others staff had no way to improve themselves since they were barely even working.

Pros

great introduction into luxury retail, great sales training, coworkers are very friendly, management really cares about you and is very nice but can get rude when stressed. generally a nice place to work, clean, very easy job overall, you make team bonuses which raise hourly to as much as 22 and hour

Cons

micromanaging from corporate, disorganized management, moderate turnover, things get stressful but also fun during busy seasons
