At Swarovski, we take bullying and work place harassment very seriously, addressing concerns and situations with complete confidentially and immediate resolve. Our employees attend a series of Workplace Harassment trainings and on-going guidance is provided should any incidents occur. To that, Store Management, Human Resources, and an anonymous Hot Line is available to report any work place situation. Our goal is to ensure all employees feel safe and secure at all times; should resolve not be met, we have an escalation process in place that can provide additional support.
