      Pros

      Exciting atmosphere,upbeat .Great customers,beautiful product. Efficient training process for sales people.Product has 2 year warranty. Membership society for clients with complimentary gifts and exclusive ,limited products for members only.

      Cons

      Product quality is not great.Overpriced .District Manager has to meet new employees before you can hire them. District Manager never came to store when scheduled and as a result the salaried Manager was very overworked.

      Pros

      great introduction into luxury retail, great sales training, coworkers are very friendly, management really cares about you and is very nice but can get rude when stressed. generally a nice place to work, clean, very easy job overall, you make team bonuses which raise hourly to as much as 22 and hour

      Cons

      micromanaging from corporate, disorganized management, moderate turnover, things get stressful but also fun during busy seasons
