Pros
Great pay compared to other retail jobs, really friendly atmosphere to work in. Desirable discount on products that will have you at the centre of conversations when planning for christmas gifts.
Cons
New system does not allow much work life balance dependent on contract no set shifts however shown 4 weeks in advance , but regularly changes due to unforeseen circumstances. Not much scale for progression unless you plan to live your life for the organisation.
