Pros
Overall a great company with fairly competitive wages (depends on country I suppose). I personally love working with the crystal expertise and the discount, which outweighs the other cons.
Cons
Little to no career progression. I've tried applying for their internal "traineeships" as suggested by management in their HO as a student only to be provided with many reasons why it wouldn't work. Many others have also had this same issue - not sure why there's an intern program?
