Pros

I have a great store manager so I am lucky. product is beautiful and good employee discount. people love the product and training is ongoing and has great info. committed to sustainability.

Cons

Employees in stores not appreciated or listened to by senior management like DMs. product can’t be washed and it’s a high price point for people who don’t care for their jewelry and then bring it back, when we must always make a return. return policy is very easy to get money back for a high end brand, even if used and worn.

Pros

The management team is refined and very accommodating. I loved my time here. I had so many opportunities to learn and grow through my experiences, and working with the team was amazing. Holiday seasons were stressful but never unfun. The management here really makes you feel cared for. Love the discount on most jewelry as well.

Cons

Scheduling could be volatile during holiday seasons, but that's to be expected for a front-line sales position.

Pros

great introduction into luxury retail, great sales training, coworkers are very friendly, management really cares about you and is very nice but can get rude when stressed. generally a nice place to work, clean, very easy job overall, you make team bonuses which raise hourly to as much as 22 and hour

Cons

micromanaging from corporate, disorganized management, moderate turnover, things get stressful but also fun during busy seasons
