Pros

Great brand Reward staff Excellent training Good pay Fantastic discount @ 60% Lots of potential for growth if you work hard

Cons

Not allowed to be commercial Very restricted in terms of guidelines Improve channels of communication - I.e head office, merchandising, retail ops, have to wait days and sometimes weeks for a reply. More flexibility with Kronos Very micro managed There is Opportunity for promotion however the company generally recruits externally, I'm of the understanding there is more emphasis on internal recruitment going forward. "Welcome to Swarovski" - you must welcome all customers by using this line - it's not generally natural and can appear forced and robotic in my opinion Constant observations on a weekly basis, 3 minimum per week

Pros

The management team is refined and very accommodating. I loved my time here. I had so many opportunities to learn and grow through my experiences, and working with the team was amazing. Holiday seasons were stressful but never unfun. The management here really makes you feel cared for. Love the discount on most jewelry as well.

Cons

Scheduling could be volatile during holiday seasons, but that's to be expected for a front-line sales position.

Pros

great introduction into luxury retail, great sales training, coworkers are very friendly, management really cares about you and is very nice but can get rude when stressed. generally a nice place to work, clean, very easy job overall, you make team bonuses which raise hourly to as much as 22 and hour

Cons

micromanaging from corporate, disorganized management, moderate turnover, things get stressful but also fun during busy seasons
