      Pros

      The bonus and seasonal commission is quite nice. I had some nice experiences with customers and enjoyed my coworkers. Our DM was quite kind and really good at teaching workers without being harsh. This experience taught me lots about standing up for myself, which is a huge plus.

      Cons

      The manager would make a lot of us cry because of her harshness, Really pushy for sales. My boss would frown upon me spending time with customers who look like they won't spend big bucks (racist undertones tbh...). Quite a toxic workplace, but a beautiful store. Also you are pressured to work more hours than you agreed to :/

      Pros

      great introduction into luxury retail, great sales training, coworkers are very friendly, management really cares about you and is very nice but can get rude when stressed. generally a nice place to work, clean, very easy job overall, you make team bonuses which raise hourly to as much as 22 and hour

      Cons

      micromanaging from corporate, disorganized management, moderate turnover, things get stressful but also fun during busy seasons
