Not enough pay Not fair bonus system/commission system No commission until the store hits goal No incentives for great work Selling more doesnt matter bc the manager will get most of the bonus anyway

great introduction into luxury retail, great sales training, coworkers are very friendly, management really cares about you and is very nice but can get rude when stressed. generally a nice place to work, clean, very easy job overall, you make team bonuses which raise hourly to as much as 22 and hour

Cons

micromanaging from corporate, disorganized management, moderate turnover, things get stressful but also fun during busy seasons
